Complacency is not supposed to be a characteristic of a passionate Christ follower.

If we are preparing for our Lord’s return then it should have a very purifying effect on the way we live our lives right now.

Father God is long-suffering on our behalf waiting and longing for us to turn to Him in faith.

Seeing the greatness and the glory of God displayed through the glory of His Son helps us face the difficulty of the fight for faith.

It is imperative at this point in our study of 2 Peter that we review what we have studied together.

Tim asks us to consider how these verses regarding false teachers apply to our own lives.

To whom or what are you passionately seeking in your life?

Passionately loving God and loving others is not fostered through complacency. We must be intentional in our pursuit of Christ by faith through grace.
